Mystery shopping is used by hundreds of well-known businesses to ensure consistent, top quality service from their employees. It is a fantastic way for you to earn money and have fun at the same time, doing what you love to do. Mystery shoppers receive assignments from companies that do business evaluations and you could become one of them. Learn how mystery shopping works, what types of forms are used, do’s and don’ts of completing assignments, and how to get in the “shoppers” network. Participants can participate in a practice shop during lunch break. A $20 materials fee for a comprehensive workbook is payable at the workshop.
